7 July - 4 August 2016 Eastern Bloc is happy to announce the launch of DJ-Q, a new series of weekly events to discover new sounds all throughout the summer season. Come feast and drink while discovering the work of artists and DJs in our newly redone back alley. Each Thursday will be specially curated for your summer sunsets. N10.AS will be broadcasting the performances live: tune in to n10.as.

4 June 2016 The Montréal Contemporary Music Lab (MCML) is a 10-day performance and creation workshop exploring, celebrating, and creating bonds between performers, composers, sound artists and improvisers engaged in the act of creating new music.

27 February 2016 Never Apart and Eastern Bloc are proud to present a collaborative Nuit Blanche experience, encompassing cutting edge installations and music from both local and international artists: Joey Anderson, Stefan Jos, Simon Chioni, Adam Basanta, and Gambletron.

20 February 2016 Art-Facto.Today is an international contemporary art magazine. To mark the first year of the magazine, an event-exhibition will be held under the theme 'Time to act?' The team considers that art can be part of the everyday and provide an answer to contemporary issues. Through the selected works, Art-Facto aims to question and give a different perspective on socio-political reality and on the challenges causing problems in contemporary life.

7 January 2016 This fall, Eastern Bloc launches a new project, PirateBlocRadio: In Situ, a series of five radio performances / interventions in public space. The fourth intervention in the series, "Pyrite-radio," is performed by Stéphanie Castonguay and Sylvain Aubé, at Eastern Bloc and broadcast live on CKUT.

24 October 2015 This fall, Eastern Bloc launches a new project, PirateBlocRadio: In Situ, a series of five radio performances / interventions in public space. The second intervention in the series is performed by Nicolas Dion and Anne-Françoise Jacques, at the Parc du Premier Chemin de Fer in Saint-Henri.

23 - 25 October 2015 This fall, Eastern Bloc launches a new project, PirateBlocRadio: In Situ, a series of five radio performances / interventions in public space. The first intervention in the series, "Until it is Struck," is performed by Erin Sexton (VE2SXN), with a live transmission from her studio in Bergen, Norway.
